Management Team

Anthony Chirico, Founder and CEO, has extensive worldwide board and operational experience with multinational companies focusing on business development and strategic planning. His role in the company is to oversee all aspects of business development, liaison, and finance. Mr. Chirico is a skilled intercultural negotiator with expertise in business development, marketing, infrastructure and energy sector. He has conducted business in 23 countries.

Yalun Lee, Vice President handling operations for China, is a seasoned businessman with extensive management experience in China. He has advanced training in petroleum refinery engineering and has worked in the petroleum industry in Fushun and Yanji. He also brings years of expertise in manufacturing and international trade, specializing in import/export.

Robert Chirico, Vice President handling operations for North American.His expertise is working with State Government agency’s for over 15 years within regulatory and enforcement programs and policies. Robert earned his Master’s degree from California State University.
